I think you could, however AMD does not support it. Windows 10 had to be patched I believe with patch 1903 to fix scheduler issues. Windows 7 never was. You would be gimping your systems performance to say the least.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not without some massive amount of work and hacking. Ryzen and other UEFI based motherboard (new CPU / motherboard since about 2 years ago) only support Win 10 and above.
