It came with sounds already (1 3.5mm audio jack for speakers and 1 3.5mm audio jack for mic). You should be able to install a PCIe sound card for it if you want something else.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You could add an internal, but I use USB mixers and audio interfaces regularly. Easier to get, less noise, good prices and many options. I use Behringer USB audio interface and a Behringer X18 digital mixing console. (18 channels in/out) I would not use an internal card any more.. (My church streaming rig uses a Samson 8 channel mini mixer, USB into the streaming console. 4 XLR in, stereo USB mains out.) Good luck!
