“Hello, I just purchased this laptop and it keeps prompting me for a Windows 10 activation key. Everything functions except in the lower right corner it shows ACTIVATE WINDOWS. I checked the box and there is no activation key in the box.”

• There should be directions that came with it a card or something i remember having the same issue word of advice though return it mine is a piece of junk

• Thank you for your question. When you connect to the internet the PC should activate. You can do the activation in the Windows Settings. If you have issues activating that same screen should give you a method to reach out to Microsoft for a resolution.
