So far I have had this computer just over 2 weeks an I am pleased with the HP Envy 17-ae0ca i7-7500 cpu 2.7ghz computer. I am not happy with the Windows 10 Operating System. My last computer was all most the same as this one, except it ran on Windows 8.1 and had a touch screen which I never used. I can not tell you if the is a good gaming computer for gaming because I do not run any games on it other than the Microsoft Flight Simulator 10. The Flight Simulator runs a lot better than on my old laptop, but I have not pushed the settings up to the max yet. In general with the 12gb memory and faster cpu browsing the internet is a lot faster. Also I have been getting 8 hours on the battery non gaming mode. I purchased this because it was cheaper than my old laptop. I just wish it came with Windows 8.1 instead.
