QuestionModel Differences?The HP Envy 17.3" (SKU 5047803) looks identical to the SKU 4221700, but is priced $200 cheaper; are they really identical, or am I missing something? Also, aside from an earlier-generation processor, the 5047803 looks the same as the 4632100; is the newer processor really $250 more? I'm confused, even after looking at the specs! Thanks.

- Answer The difference between SKU 4632100 and SKU 4221700 is the processor is faster in the 4632100.

QuestionIs this model refurbished?This model comes-up when "condition-refurbished" is selected on the "all laptops" page, and does not show when "condition-new" is selected. There is no mention that it is refurbished on its info pages, yet the model number at the top of the page does not match the one further down ("M1W07UA#ABA" vs. "HP Envy m7-n101dx"). The price is suspiciously low compared to other similar laptops that Best Buy carries. Therefore, I am suspicious that it is refurbished!

- Answer I just ordered this computer yesterday and it came in today as a refurbished/re-certified computer. I was surprised when the package got delivered today with just ordering it yesterday but now it makes sense. So you might want to check you listing Best Buy.

- Answer Good question. The battery life will be unto 4.5 hours depending on usage. You should be able to switch out the hard drive on this laptop.
