I just ordered this computer yesterday and it came in today as a refurbished/re-certified computer. I was surprised when the package got delivered today with just ordering it yesterday but now it makes sense. So you might want to check you listing Best Buy.

HP products have a product# and a model #. The product # is M1W07UA#ABA and the model is the Envy m7-n101dx. You are definitely right that the price is low for similar models, but it may just be a great deal! I hope this helps!
