QuestionI can't find a correct wireless mouse to fit in the USB 3.0 ports. Is there more than one size 3.0 USB port or will I buy the wrong one again?

- Answer Good question. Any wireless mouse with a USB receiver will fit the USB 3.0 ports on this computer. All USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports are the same size. I hope this helps.

Questionhow about shipping the same to kenya?In kenya we use postal codes,for example mine is 6446-00200,an equivalent of ZIP codes in the USA,which is not reflected in your website. if i was to ship the same product,how will it be now that we use different code systems? how long will it take to have the product here in kenya and the point of collection too.

QuestionOld Pavillion DV7-4071NR burnoutFan not cooling so I bought a duel the fan thingy that kept it cool. I have been forced to use it without the cooler. Now I get the blue screen and get the black screen of death And The charging unit has quit I think there are things burned out inside. DOES THIS MODEL OVERHEAT?

- Answer I also had a DV-7 and experienced the heating issue also. This unit runs very cool so far. Even had stuff stacked on top of it and still ran cool.

- Answer Yes, I"ve upgraded from the windows store from windows 10 home to pro. NO , OEM Hp software lost. The upgrade it's just a download & reboot & everything is left where you had it. FYI: BEFORE YOU DO THE UPGRADE! Make a recovery disc,or usb drive for the OEM!
