HP prepackaged this laptop for Best Buy to sell...hence the DX suffix in 17M-AE111DX...so you can't customize it. You buy it as is. You could buy the laptop, buy the RAM and then take the laptop to Greek Squad to install it for you. They'd probably do that. Installing RAM is easy. You remove a panel, remove the modules, install your new modules and reinstall the panel. There are only two slots for RAM. It currently has 16 GB (2 × 8 GB modules). If you want 32 GB, you'd need 2 × 16 GB modules. You could go to Crucial to research and buy the correct mods. Or you could choose another laptop with 32 GB.
