“Can I just copy a document on the HP Envy 6055 without scanning and then printing?”

• THe answer from HP is STUPID!! MY HP 5660 can COPY - which means it just copies toprint on PAPER and SCAN means to SCAN it to save as a .pdf or .jpg document or photo onto a computer of some sort.

• I'm not quite sure what you're aiming at, because copying a document is by definition scanning and printing it. If you talking about having a paper document and storing a copy on your phone or computer, yes you can do that. You can use the "scan" function to make an electronic copy that you can save wherever you want.
