A:AnswerGreat question. Yes, you can scan a document on this printer and email it from the printer's touch screen.
For instructions on how to do that, please visit the following link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-ENVY-7640-e-All-in-One-Printer-series/6617267/model/6617268/document/c04360078/
I hope this helps!
A:AnswerIf you scan in using a higher resolution, then after it is scanned you can check the resample image box while lowering the resolution and presto, the size will be larger.
If you are scanning using Apple's Image Capture, then your picture should end up in Preview. So the size options will be under the Tools menu in Adjust size.
A:AnswerI was able to easily enter my email address into this printer. I can scan documents or photos and send them to my email. From there I can forward the image wherever I need to. This process works well for me since this printer is wifi capable and I have the tablet based, square point of sale system in my retail store and no desktop or laptop computers around.

A:AnswerFrom Word, like any other printer. On the printer remove 8 x11 paper from the big tray and place envelope on the center flap up and to the left. Slide guides in to center the envelope.
