QuestionThis printer (Envy 7640) won't print envelopes. Even with an envelope loaded on the top tray, when I press print on the computer the printer only prints regular paper from the main tray with the delivery and return address. The envelope never moves??

- Answer Did you try changing the paper size to A4? You may have to remove the letter size paper from the tray.
