A:Answer Is it giving you an error message? When you say "it does not print", do you mean it spits out a blank page, or does it tell you it can't print? Also, and this may sound dumb, but make sure that you've removed the tape covering the printheads. It's been left on before, so it's easy to verify. If you've done everything and the cartridges still won't print, I'd return the cartridges as defective.
