I'm assuming that you have external speakers hooked up to it since it doesn't have an internal speaker. There are ports on the back where you plug in the cables for the speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did your tower come with an HP - IPS LED HD monitor? If so, these monitors do NOT have speakers built in them for some reason. You have to buy wireless or bluetooth speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may need to buy a set of speakers. My computer does not have speakers so I will purchase a set. My old speakers could not work with the new technology. There may be a plug to transfer the cord from old to a new cord. Ask a Best Buy sales associate. I know I could use my old monitor if I bought a cord to connect the old head with a new one. It cost at least $50. I just upgraded my monitor and I love it!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. If you connect a monitor via HDMI, it will automatically try to route audio through it. You need to connect speakers and open the audio control panel to select the regular speaker outputs. The computer itself has no internal speaker (as far as I can tell).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recently purchased the same item and a new monitor, not realizing there were no speakers. Luckily I own a couple Bluetooth speakers.
