“My new hp dvd drive is not reading at all? Do I need to download any program?”

• You need Media Player, but if the "built-in" DVD player in the computer works, what's the problem? May need a third party program like Nero.

• Insert DVD & go to "File Explorer". Right click DVD drive & select "Cyber Link Media Player". This works on my new HP PC w/ Win 10
