No, the Intel UHD Graphics 630 would not meet the minimum requirements if the NVIDIA GTX 770 or higher is needed.

Directly from HP, you have a choice of adding the following graphics to their Envy line; an NVIDIA GTX 1650 ($178), an AMD Radeon RX 5500 ($219), an NVIDIA GTX 1660 ($389), or an NVIDIA RTX 2060 for an additional $599. Sorry, I don't have any data comparing this processor's video capabilities to your GTX 770.

All I can say is that when I was listing my needs with the local Best Buy computer department head, I said I was not interested in game capabilities. That's when he showed me this computer along with 2 others to choose from. Perhaps that discussion may help guide your decision.
