It may be used for AutoCad and large files processing based on CPU speed and RAM. However, for storage you may need to purchase additional storage if you have a huge amount of large files.

It runs like a runaway freight train with multiple videos streaming (Youtube, Web Music while editing other videos) While doing this I have Outlook, several other web pages open (up to 25 at a time and everything loads and works seamlessly. I've used this computer for work under another profile and have several work applications with company database while the above is still open and everything works perfectly. I have no complaints about this computers performance. I know this isn't exactly what you are looking for but it may give you an indication of the capabilities. I would recommend this to a serious user.
