You can. The stock SSD is an M2 PCIe device (m2-2280). If your drive is of the same configuration you should be able to swap it out. I have 3 SSDs in mine for a total of 5TB storage. Transferring Windows to another drive requires that you obtain transfer software and a physical method of connecting the replacement drive to a USB port. It takes time, and is not cheap.

I would highly recommend using the pre-installed SSD as this will have a fresh version of Windows 10 and will provide you with consistent and fast performance. You can move your HDD's over however, the one with Windows will need to be formatted as this will conflict with priorities set by the drives that contain the Operating System. The best solution for moving your drives is to back up all data to another drive such as an external HDD and then move those files to the new computer with the formatted drives installed.
