Hello Gerald! Here are the minimum and recommended requirements for Premiere Pro: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements/2019.html - note the GPU section. This ENVY Desktop does have have a dedicated graphics card that provides the recommended 2GB-4GB of video memory (VRAM) to make this program run really smoothly.
