• Hi and thanks for your question! The HP Envy Desktop will not come with a Windows 10 Installation disc. Windows 10 will be preinstalled. In order to make a recovery disc in the event you have issues later just type Recovery Drive into your search box and open the App. You will be able to make a Recovery USB drive from there, just follow the instructions.
