A:AnswerFrom a customer viewpoint, it is a way for HP to monitor ink needs over the Internet and when your low, they automatically send you new HP cartridges. It is cheaper until you exceed your limit of pages printed in a month. Then it is more expensive. Unused pages in a month roll over to the next month. You can buy your own, but they must be HP cartridges as printer checks. For me this works well.
A:AnswerOn mine, it shows only HP 64 (on replacement it shows HP Instant Ink 64/303/804 and i assume those are others). So, I doubt 63xl will be acceptable.
A:AnswerHi and thanks for asking. HP Instant Ink is an optional ink replenishment service and will save you money on ink. If you sign up when you set up your new 7955e printer wirelessly, you get the first 3 months for free to try it out. After that, you can save up to 50%. Instant Ink pages are pages regardless of how much ink it takes to print that page, so photos and text all cost the same. Your printer will let HP know you are running low on ink, and you get cartridges delivered before you need them. so you’ll never run out! You can cancel or change print plans at anytime.
A:AnswerThank you for your question about this HP Envy printer! Yes it prints out onto label and sticker paper. Make sure that the paper stock is made for inkjet printers.
A:AnswerIf you have Wi-Fi you can connect your printer wirelessly to your phone or tablet. If you just plug the printer in I'm assuming you can copy things.
A:AnswerApologies for what you're experiencing. Have you installed ink cartridges? Is this the first time you've printed, or did you print previously without issues? Run a Diagnostic Test:- Print a "Print Quality Report" from the printer's control panel:- Go to Setup > Tools > Print Quality Report. If it's an ink or cartridge issue, please remove the ink cartridges and be sure the packaging tape has been removed. Be careful not to touch the metal contacts on the cartridge. Reinstall the cartridges and be sure they are properly seated in the slot. Use the HP Smart App or printer software on your PC to check ink levels. If these fixes don't properly address the problem, please reach out to HP Support to assist you.
A:AnswerHello and thank you for asking. The HP Envy Inspire 7955e can print on card stock that is 80 lb. (120 grams per square meter, metric) or less and is flexible enough to go through the printer.
