QuestionWhat year is this laptop? How come it looks different then the one showed on the floor at bestbuy? As far as the keyboard layout.. also mine doesn’t have the fingerprint reader or webcam kill switch?!?

QuestionIs the laptop itself metal or plastic? The Best Buy rep said he thought it was plastic, but then after looking at the description said it may be last years model and it is metal. For daily use the metal would be more durable. Might be too big, though.

- Answer I don't have first hand knowledge as I haven't seen the Spectre, however when I was researching the purchase of this laptop, I read an answer from HP themselves to a similar question, stating that their color scheme was brand universal over all models. (I.e. all HP products that are dark ash silver are the same color.)
