A:AnswerNot sure what you would upgrade. Computer is essentially a sealed unit. There are no user panels to remove. Memory is soldered in, etc., etc., etc.. If your local Best Buy or HP Service Center wants to take a crack at something, it's on them.
A:AnswerThere is only 1 RAM slot. Someone above stated there is 2 USB and 1 Ethernet port. That is wrong, there are 3 USB ports, 2 type "A" ports and 1 type "C" port. There is NO Ethernet port.
A:Answerhands down this laptop. The cpu is 5 percent more powerful and the graphics are 10 percent better. I'm not supposed to include links to other websites but you can look them up on gpuuserbenchmark.com tho
