QuestionWhat power usb-c cable would i need to get to charge this laptop? I purchased a 60W one that does not seem to be working. Is the issue with the wall adapter instead?

- Answer Hi Avery. The 15M-EE0023DX needs a 65w charging cable. 60w should work, although less efficiently. It's not possible to diagnose the issue in this forum. If your laptop is not charging and you're still under warranty, please reach out to HP Support for assistance at 800-474-6836.

- Answer Hi, thank you for the question. The Envy 15m-ee0023dx laptop is presented with Windows 10 Home. There is a one month trial of Microsoft 365, within which Excel is a part. If you don't already have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you would need to obtain one from the Microsoft Store.

- Answer Hi Tommy. No, this thin and light Envy x360 laptop does not have room for an internal 2.5" HDD. Also, there isn't a spare slot to add a second NVMe M.2 drive, but you can replace the existing drive with one with a higher capacity. - Answer Hello! Thanks for your question. The laptop has a 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD module installed. You can remove and replace the existing module with a higher capacity one. That is all that can be used internally. You can use a flash drive or external hard drive or external DVD drive with USB-C or USB-A ports on the computer. There is also an SD media card reader.

Questiondoes anyone know why my hp envy x360 will not work with brand new PNY 8gb ddr4 2400 pc4-19200 - cl17-17-17-39 1.2v sodimm ram stick x2 for total of 16gb ? the screen wont turn on after i install the new ram. any sugestions?
