Hi Joshua. I did not find a Service Guide for this newer model. I have escalated the request to HP. Thanks for your interest in this model. I know from my training that this model comes with "up to 16 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM".

I upgraded my ENVY x360 w/ the Ryzen 4700U (model 15m-ee0023dx which I bought as an Open Box here from Best Buy) to 32 GB RAM (DDR4-3200) which I bought on Amazon. I highly suspect that the 2021 model will have the same option.
