QuestionBought this laptop 3 weeks ago, dont know why the screen blinks and go black like for 0.5 seconds and then back to normal, occurs many times when working with the laptop, really really really bothers and annoying, can HP help please?

QuestionJust bought this laptop 2 weeks ago, upgraded the SSD to 1Tb and 16g in memory, win10 reinstalled, the internet broke down, couldnt find any wifi connection, the mousepad broke down, even the touch is not working!!! need help here please.

QuestionI’ve had so much trouble getting my computer to turn on... is it just my computer or are there any tricks to get it to turn on rather than just getting a blue tinted screen for hours?

- Answer You could try a few things like disabling fast boot or setting the computer to shut down when you press the power button as opposed to going to sleep. If you need help I recommend reaching out to the Best Buy Geek Squad or HP Support.

QuestionAnyone having audio issues? I'm having static noise in my machine, it sounds from the speakers. Hp haven't been helpful online but will send it to a service center one in back from my travel

QuestionI have checked and computer has all updates. It seems to lock up /freeze randomly a LOT. Have to turn off to get it to work again. Is this lab top bad or am I missing something here? I did diagnostic test and it passed??

- Answer I have no problems with mine. You could try a factory reset. Check the amount of memory you're using.

QuestionHi, Just to confirm this is a touch laptop correct? Also are the RAM slots user accessible? possible to upgrade or soldered? What about the SSD? Can that be changed to a SATA based or another PCI-E based SSD?

- Answer 1. Display is full HD touch screen. 2. RAM slots are not user accessible, you have to remove the back cover and remove the heat shields. 3. RAM is not soldered on, can be upgraded. I'm running 2 16gb Samsung modules for a total of 32GB (part number M471A2K43CB1-CRC) . 4. 1 storage slot and it's PCI-E NVMe M.2 SSD only and can be upgraded. No SATA storage or dual storage.
