Q: QuestionJust bought this laptop 5 days ago and I keep getting the black screen of death. Sometimes it eventually comes on, but takes a very long time. Is anyone else having this happen and how do I fix it?

Q: QuestionHaving an internal battery, is it possible to get the battery changed if it gets damaged? What is the expected life span of the internal battery?

• A:Answer I don't know how long it will last in terms of lifespan since I've only had mine about 6 months, but I can say that it would be difficult at best to replace it yourself without the proper equipment and experience. If you want a laptop you can replace the battery on, I suggest getting one designed with a removable battery, not one that needs to be pulled apart to get at it.

Q: QuestionIs it decent for PC gaming? I want to purchase it for my grandson and I want him to be able for normal school use. He wants a desktop gaming but I want him to have a laptop that he can also use for school work.

• A:Answer Most likely not. This depends on the game, but I do not think so. This computer does not have a separate graphics card which is needed for most games. I use this laptop mostly for photograph editing and it doesn't have any issues. For school this computer would excel. What this computer lacks with a graphics card it gains in thinness and low weight. I would suggest looking at laptops that have a separate graphics card. Any laptop that can support gaming will have no issues doing anything for school.
