“If I set my display to go off after 10 minutes it steady goes off after 1 minute. If I put never go to sleep it goes to sleep after 1 minute as well. Any ideas? Thanks”

ok Lisa ... 1. go to setting 2. system 3. Power and sleep From here you can change the settings of sleep and disply off / On things ... still it you have any difficulty .. just let me know .. I will guide you to fix it
