• Works perfectly for hands-free phone calls. No complaints on this feature, except you must use the phone to adjust volume. Short tap on left hearing aid to answer, long press to hang up.

• You can use the aids to answer calls. The pair i have seems to not be loud enough. I have bad hearing loss.
