• Thank you for the question. The HP Hearing Pro OTC Hearing Aid does bi-directional streaming of phone calls and media via Bluetooth 5. Compatible with Android 10 or higher.

• It's supposed to, but Bluetooth pairing stopped after 2 weeks. No communication or control by phone after that
