You purchase the card, install cartridges in your printer, and the cartridges talk to HP who will send you the replacement cartridges in the mail along with instructions on how to return the used cartridges. They will only be sent after you have used the number of pages that your plan covers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Printer automatically send low ink message to HP. Once you are signed up the cartridges arrive via mail when printer notifies manufacture via connections.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was so confused when the lady at the store was trying to explain this to me. Basically, with this plan you will be paying per page and not for each ink cartridge. With the cheapest plan you get to print 100 pages per month. anything after that I believe the cost is $1 per 20 pages over the 100 pages. I have found that I print way more then 100 pages. I will be going up to the $9.99 per month plan. The plan starts after you go online and sign up. You will receive the ink cartridges in the mail. There is a special chip on these cartridges that allow HP to monitor your usage. When they detect that your ink is running low HP will mail you more ink. In the long run I believe this way of getting ink will be much cheaper and easier than going to the store and buying ink. I hope this helps you.
