I don't believe it handles double sided (duplex) for fax. You have to lay the group of pages on the document feeder, so that means they're scanned in that order (unless you then flip them over once scanned -- but that would mean the pages may not fax in the order intended). If you set up the fax phone list, its easy to speed dial or group dial (it does not say what the limit for stored entries is). I really don't intend to use the fax function as I primarily use online fax service which is so much more easier for me.
