A:Answer I use HP printer, but I have seen a generic at Staples as well. I knew someone who had used a generic and he told me that after multiple changes, it seems that the generic toner gums up inside the machine causing it to be serviced. Finding a company who does this can be a real pain, but livening in Indianapolis, one was actually found, but was expensive.
