A:AnswerGood question. You cannot use the ink from your OfficeJet 4620 on the OfficeJet 5740. The new printer uses different ink cartridges. It uses 1 HP 62 black cartridge and an HP 62 tricolor cartridge. The ink cartridges from the 4620 won't fit in the new printer and will damage the printer if you try to use it in there.
I hope this helps.
A:AnswerYes. You can print from any of your devices, or print by sending it to your printers email address from any device that's not hooked up to your printer. When you set up the printer initially it will prompt you to choose a prefix for this email so it will be easy for you to remember.
A:AnswerThis item includes Officejet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer, HP 62 black ink cartridge, HP 62 tri-color ink cartridge, Power cord, phone cord, Software CD, Owner's manual.
A:AnswerOn my HP Computer it has a print preview. There's a box to check simplify page that I found useful because it eliminates all the ads on the page, saving your color and only prints the content of the page, not the ads. There's a two sided feature too that I like. I did buy the laserprint paper which is pricey ($15/500) but if you aren't a big printer of stuff that's not really an issue.
