Q: QuestionWhat are the specs/requirements for the NEAT features?If I bought this printer, would it replace my neat cloud? Does it only store the files on the included External HD, or can they be uploaded to a cloud storage system (like the neat cloud unit), or sent directly to my PC (by wireless, or wired connection). Does it do dual sided scans?

• A:Answer I don't know if it would replace your current NEAT account but it does have the option to scan directly to the NEAT cloud or to your computer via wireless or wired. It also stores to the External HD and there is a utility you have to download to access the files on the External HD. It scans dual sided pages upon selection. I do not know if it recognizes dual sided pages and scans both automatically. I can tell you for scanning pictures the scan quality has a lot to be desired. For picture scans this is not the printer to buy.

• A:Answer There are no fees. Once you pay for the printer, you create a Neat account and you are good to go.
