Capacity is limited using the side feed, however if you take the paper out of Tray 2 and change the setting I suppose you could do a lot more envelopes (ie. like for invitations or something) and then put regular paper back in. As far as quality on envelopes, its great. The whole printer is wonderful machine! I mean 70 PAGES PER MINUTES! WHAT?! Crazy good.
