QuestionI plug a HDMI cable from this to my monitor which I know works and the laptop does not seem to recognize it is connected. I get no option to extend or use only the monitor instead. Is there some sort of setting I need to change to use an external monitor?

- Answer Right click on desktop. Go to Nvidia control panel. Multiple displays. If not recognize second display, try different hdmi cable.

- Answer Hello, while a gaming laptop is able to perform well in higher functioning settings this particular laptop is built with the i5 processor. It would be recommended to increase the processing power for any 3D work. The HP ZBook and Z Workstations would be the recommendation for 3D designing and printing.
