“I’m using this laptop to run golf sim software E6 and projecting from eiki 308U (1920x1200) onto a 12x10 screen. The graphics are a bit pixelated like a 90s video game especially during ball flight. Should I use a 4k projector? Is this laptop 4k?”

The laptop is not 4K display but using a 4K tv or projector could work. You could also check the graphics settings on the golf simulator itself to see what it is set at.
