Thank you for your question about this HP Omen laptop! It is equipped with two USB-C ports that each have a 5Gbps signaling rate. Neither of the ports are Thunderbolt. One of the ports has power delivery and DisplayPort. You will be able to charge the laptop through the power delivery-equipped port, but the power is not enough to run the laptop itself.
