“So I just bought this pc 2 days ago and at idle it runs at 20% memory. So playing Diablo 4 it’s acting like it’s only running on one memory stick. Any idea on how to fix this? Task manager shows antimalware running at 280 mb and adding d4 running at 6000”

Mark, I am sorry that you are having technical issues right out of the box on this Omen desktop. HP Support is free during the period of the warranty and they can look into the performance issues. Another option is through Geek Squad, if you have their support package or are a member. As a last resort, you can exchange the unit since it is within Best Buy's return policy.
