• Yes they can. Work very well actually. Quality is awesome. You get lost in your own world in there. Only downside is that the mic is set to your left side of the face only.

• Yes, I use them from multiple devices. From the laptop, they're great with or without a webcam for work. At the desk, they're fantastic for music, streaming, and gaming. I even use them with a USB/C converter on my phone, where the do drain the battery, but are great. Note - The cooling is always comfortable, but after wearing them for a bit the inner metal screen can collect condensation. Be sure to give it a good wipe from time to time to keep damage from occuring.
