“When I bought this laptop I read online and on best buy that it was 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi... When I got it home and turned it on for my daughter on Christmas it only shows Bluetooth and Ethernet as network connections. What can I do?”

Update network drivers. Make sure network key or f12 isn’t toggled on. Use a usb wifi adapter if you have one. I didn’t have this issue so I don’t know what could be the issue.
