When you install it, it should automatically find the OEM license of the motherboard and you shouldn't even have to activate windows when it installs.

I suggest adding it on the Hotstocks app and then refreshing the page repeatedly throughout the day if you miss it. It seems like Best Buy tends to add them in waves after they come in stock. I lucked out and got one hours after I thought I'd missed out by randomly refreshing the page at 1 AM, but this was several weeks ago.
