No. You can probably buy it elsewhere and install it, but there is no option to buy this with Windows 9 pre-installed. I don't know why you would want to do that anyway. Windows 8 was a horrid OS.

No. You can probably buy it elsewhere and install it, but there is no option to buy this with Windows 9 pre-installed. I don't know why you would want to do that anyway. Windows 8 was a horrid OS.
