“The second screen isn't detected. It worked earlier but after a reset it no longer worked. I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstall. I tried updating, PC reset. Nothing is working. What's are some other steps to try?”

Hello. Thanks for your question. First, we recommend that the monitor is plugged into the HDMI out port. Not the HDMI in port. Press f4 to cycle through four display states: ● PC screen only: View the screen image on the computer only. ● Duplicate: View the screen image simultaneously on both the computer and the external device. ● Extend: View the screen image extended across both the computer and the external device. ● Second screen only: View the screen image on the external device only. Each time you press f4, the display state changes.
