- Answer Thank you for reaching out. The power source for the Pavilion 27-ca1244 is a 2-piece assembly. The power cord is HP# L19367-001 and the 150-watt adapter (the brick) is HP# L69323-001. If you reach out to Best Buy (Geek Squad), they will be able to order it for you. If you purchased your all-in-one less than one year ago, it (and the power cord) may still be under warranty. Please contact Support.HP.com for assistance.

- Answer No, this PC is attached to a stand. You could set the PC on a shelf, if that would help. Note the stand is 8" deep and height is not adjustable.

Questionjust bought this computer just over two months ago and now the screen is starting to pixelate for a few moments when I turn it on every third or fourth time. It will correct itself usually under a minute but it shouldn't be doing this at all. suggestions?

- Answer Thank you for the question. From START, lick on the Device Manager, expand the “Human Interface Devices” section by clicking on it. Locate the “HID-Compliant Touch Screen” option and right-click on it. Search the list for the “Disable/Enable device” option and click it.

QuestionHello. Is the camera changeable from "mirror" mode to normal view? That is, am I forced to transmit all my meeting pics in mirror image or do I need to get some special t-shirts printed up that read right to left?

- Answer Yes, it is. Microsoft has the directions for managing camera settings (including flipping from mirrored to normal at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/manage-cameras-with-camera-settings-in-windows-11-97997ed5-bb98-47b6-a13d-964106997757 Please note that some apps will automatically flip the camera when started, so you'll want to check to make sure the app isn't doing it already.

- Answer Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-ca1244 all-in-one computer has a pop-up privacy webcam. The pop-up privacy webcam is located at the top of the screen on the backside. You would press or pull up the camera and it would pop up. When you are done, you can push down the webcam for privacy.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, that's a software capability, not hardware. You can "snap" windows to alter your desktop view by hovering over the window's maximize button or selecting a window and pressing Win+Z, then choosing a snap layout.

- Answer Because the mouse and keyboard that come with the computer are wireless, there are no USB cables for them. You can use a wired keyboard and mouse. The computer comes with four USB ports, so you can connect a wired keyboard, wired mouse, a printer, and still have a port free.
