Could I install a radeon Rex 550 into this null

The recommendation for using the Radeon RX 550 card is that the computer have at least a 400w power supply, which this computer doesn't, so you'd need to upgrade the power supply as well. The motherboard requires a 4 pin connector to the power supply, so if the supply doesn't have that, you'd also need an adapter.
