Q: QuestionThe speaker is not working after upgrade to window 10Just bought the tower (HP - Pavilion Desktop 550-044 with monitor HP w2081d) last week. The speaker is not working after upgrade to window 10. But did not check the speker before upgrade to 10. The setup used VGA (tower) to VGA (monitor) as following the instruction. Questions. 1 - is the sound / speaker funtion problem related to window 10? or 2. a setup issue with the connection (VGA to VGA)? We love this desktop very much so would like to resolve the problem instead of return it. Your timely response is greatly appreciated

• A:Answer See if the case has a side with no ventilation slots or perforations. You should be able to install it with 'that side down' so long as all of the other sides With perforations (and most-likely, the back panel, too...) have a few inches clearance around them AND there's a path for cool air to enter the cabinet AND Exit. Hope that helps!

Q: Question"Downgrade" to Windows 7Not a fan at all of Windows 8. And never had a chance to really try out Windows 10 on my tower since it died. But any idea on what issue(s) I would have (other then drivers) if I were to do a clean install of W7?

Q: QuestionHow fast is this computer? It's suppose to have 8 gigz of ram and a processor speed of 3.6 gigahertz Wouldn't that be considered fast?

• A:Answer Its not super fast but its fast enough to run multiple apps without any slowdown to the processor, havent filled it up yet but will see if itll slow down, its a little better than average pc
