“The speaker is not working after upgrade to window 10 Just bought the tower (HP - Pavilion Desktop 550-044 with monitor HP w2081d) last week. The speaker is not working after upgrade to window 10. But did not check the speker before upgrade to 10. The setup used VGA (tower) to VGA (monitor) as following the instruction. Questions. 1 - is the sound / speaker funtion problem related to window 10? or 2. a setup issue with the connection (VGA to VGA)? We love this desktop very much so would like to resolve the problem instead of return it. Your timely response is greatly appreciated”
