Yes, two monitors can run on this desktop.

yes you can - however it only has 1 HDMI hook up I had to purchase a HDMI to VGA adapter as the second slot it for a VGA monitor when you use this adaptor it has a usb plug -- do not use that plug with this adaptor as it will cause your computer to have a hardware malfunction I had to have Geek Squad to come out as the computer would not turn on - found out the usb plug on the adapter could not be plugged in after the usb plug was pulled out- the unit functioned fine
