Install and Use Norton Utilities to fix the issues. I had over 12,000 issues from the HP factory OS and it resolved them all, and I have the same model number as you. Mine works fine now. Bluetooth as well. Hope this helps.

This computer does have Bluetooth 4.2 as indicated in the system specs here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05999917. You will find it under Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other Devices.
